The Energy & Spiritual Healing Center, Start
Fresh, LLC, AW, and Marlana, its directors, officers,
teachers, and staff [collectively in this notice,
the "Center"], and practitioners trained
in the Center's methods ["Practitioners] do not
make medical diagnoses or provide medical or psychological
treatment as a part of the Center's services or otherwise.
Seeing a Practitioner or attending an Center program
is not a substitute for regular medical consultation
and health-care. Those attending Center programs or
consulting Practitioners are strongly encouraged to
see, consult and follow the advice of their medical
doctors or other health-care professionals.
Center Certification Is Not Licensure To Practice
Healing
The Energy & Spiritual Healing Center's planned
certification as a Spiritual and Medical Healing Practitioner
is not a license to practice medicine or healing of
any kind in any state or foreign jurisdiction. The
Center's certification does not fulfill any prerequisite
that may be required to obtain a license to practice
any form of medicine or healing in any state or other
jurisdiction.
