Psychic Message is the name I gave to a gift I only discovered by accident in the summer of 2000. Forrist and I were traveling, meeting with chiropractors and other types of medical professionals. We were introducing various leading-edge medical devices to those we thought might be interested in purchasing them for their practices.
We had been on the road for a few weeks, having had several encounters with professionals with varying degrees of interest in what we were presenting. Forrist and I thought it would be fun and maybe even helpful, if I could talk to them, energetically, ahead of time. Maybe I could prepare them for our visit, and ask them to be open-minded about our products and equipment which was invariably new to them.
I decided it would be fun. So, Forrist gave me the name of the next guy on our list, I tuned in and started rattling off what I thought might describe his personality and his openness to our work. Forrist encouraged me to take notes, as I got the information, then after we met him, we could compare what I received before to what happened in the "real" world.
I did take notes, and I also talked with him, energetically and asked him to give us some time, with him and he would see how great the product really worked. He seemed open and ready to hear what we had to say.
A few minutes later we were at his office. He was indeed open! We stayed several hours there with him. In fact, he invited us in to work with some of his clients who just happened to be in the office with him. He was by far, the most open-minded professional we had met to date.
We finished our work there and got back on the road. I found my notes and was amazed at how I had described him. I couldn't have described his personality and attitude any better even after I had met him in person. I was amazed.
We continued to play with this new toy and it continued to fascinate us. We finally found a way to offer this service through our website, and thus was born the Psychic Message.
I remember one of the very first requests I received was from a woman who wanted to know how a certain man felt about her. She gave me no history whatsoever. I was nervous, well ok, I was terrified! As soon as I made the connection I knew this man was in no way interested in this woman. In my inner vision I watched him read her message asking how he felt about her. Then he wadded her message up in ball and threw it on the floor and walked away. He wouldn't even talk to me.
I had already promised myself that I would not interpret these messages, soften them, or change them. I was a messenger, that meant I had agreed to simply deliver the message, not make it nice and pretty. My human side was shaking in her boots. I just knew this woman would be so hurt, so furious, she would probably write me back a horrible message and I'd never be able to do these Psychic Messages again.
Nevertheless, I was typing everything as I was seeing it, so, I hit the "send" button on my email and let it go. I don't remember how long it was, maybe just a day or so. I had learned by then, to really let it go. I was the messenger, nothing more.
This woman did write back. She said something like, "Thank you for the information, I didn't want it to be true, but I know it is." She went on to say that she had been having an affair, and she had known it was over for awhile, but just couldn't let it rest.
This woman made a true believer out of me that day. She has continued to work with me, and I treasure her contribution to my own growth and understanding of my work.
